Sweet Potato Cutlets



INGREDIENTS:
Sweet Potatoes: 5 medium size
Green Chillies: 2-3
Chopped Coriander: 3 tbsp
Soaked Mini Sabudana: ½ cup
Grated Ginger: 1tsp
Cumin Seeds: 1 tsp
Kala Namak: (salt for fasting days)
Lemon juice: 1-1/2 tsp
Roasted Peanuts: 3-4 tbsp
sago flour/ sabudana peeth: for dusting
oil/ghee for pan roasting






METHOD:
1.      Boil the sweet potatoes in water. Once cooked peel off the skin and grate.
2.     
Add all the remaining ingredients to sweet potatoes and mix properly.
3.     
Prepare patties from the mixture.
4.     
Coat the patties on all sides with sago flour.
5.     
Pan roast the patties on medium flame using little ghee or vegetable oil on both sides till they turn golden in color. Serve with green chutney.
