Aloo Methi Sabzi

Ingredients:

·         Potatoes: ½ Kg
·         Methi Leaves: 1 bunch
·         Amchur Powder: ½ tsp
·         Garam Masala: ½ tsp
·         Chilli Powder: 1 tsp
·         Turmeric Powder: 1 tsp
·         Salt: as per taste
·         Kasuri Methi: ½ tsp
·         Green Chillies: 2
·         Oil: 2 tbsp
·         Mustard seeds: ½ tsp
·         Cumin seeds: ½ tsp






Method:

·         Boil Potatoes and mash the boiled potatoes.

·         Finely chop the methi leaves and green chillies.

·         Take a kadhai, heat 2tbsp oil add mustard seeds, cumin seeds. Once, the seeds crackle add  the mashed potatoes, methi leaves, green chillies and all the masalas.

·         Atlast add kasuri methi and cook for 5-10 mins. Keep stirring in between.

·         Serve hot with chapattis.
