Ingredients:
Green Tomatoes: 4-5
Garlic Cloves: 3-4
Salt: as per taste
Green Chillies: 3-4
Coriander Leaves: few
Oil: 1 tsp
Mustard seeds: ½ tsp

Method:
In the mixer, grind green tomatoes, garlic, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt into a smooth paste. Add water only if required as tomatoes are rich in water content.
Take a pan add 1tsp of oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and sprinkle this tempering over the grinded chutney.

Take a pan add 1tsp of oil. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves and sprinkle this tempering over the grinded chutney.
Chutney is ready and can be consumed
with chapatti, rice, idli etc.
