Ingredients:
Wheat Flour: 2 cups
Jaggery: 2 cups
Sooji (Upma Rava): 2 tbsp
Rice Flour: 1 tbsp
Ghee: as required
Ghee: as required
Milkmaid: as per need
Dry Fruits
Method:
Soak jaggery in water for sometime. Once jaggery dissolves in water add 2 cups of wheat flour, sooji, rice flour and prepare batter of dosa consistency.
Take a non-stick pan and spread the batter over the pan with the help of spatula slowly.
Add ghee over the mini malpuas and allow it to cook. If required, place a lid over the pan so that the malpua is well cooked.
Once the malpua is ready to serve, you can add a tsp of milkmaid over the malpua that taste similar to rabdi and sprinkle some dry fruits over the milkmaid. It tastes like Rabdi Malpua.
