Imgredients:
1. Besan-2 cups
2. Methi-1/2 bunch
3. Rice Flour-2tbsp
4. Chilli Powder-2tsp
5. Turmeric Powder-2tsp
6. Soda Bi-carb-1/2 tsp
7. Salt - as per taste
8. Oil- for deep frying
9. Coriander leaves - few
10. Green Chillies - 2
Method:
1. Finely chop methi leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies.
2. In a bowl mix besan, rice flour, salt, chopped methi leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, salt, chilli powder, turmeric powder, soda.
3. Add enough water to the above mixture and prepare batter of thick consistency.
4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pakodas till golden brown.
5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
