Ingredients:
Maida: 1 cup
Semolina: 1/3 cup
Sugar: 1/2 cup
Ghee: 1/2 cup
Salt: A pinch
Dry Fruits: Optional
Cardamom Powder: 1/4 tsp
Baking Powder: ½ tsp
Maida: 1 cup

Method:
1. In a bowl sieve maida, add cardamom powder.
2. Mix sugar and ghee in a separate bowl using
hand mixer till it becomes light and fluffy.
3. Add semolina and maida gradually into the
fluffy creamy mixture. Prepare the dough, make 15-20 small balls from the dough
and place them on a greased cookie sheet. Place the greased sheet into oven for
baking.
4. Pre-heat oven to 180 degree c and bake the
cookies for 15 mins.
