NARIYAL MOONGFALI BARFI



Ingredients:

Grated Fresh Coconut: ¾ cup
Condensed Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: ¾ cup
Cardamom Powder: ½ tsp
Roasted Groundnuts: ¼ cup
Silver Leaf: for decoration
Dry Fruits: Garnish




Method:

In a bowl take 3/4 cup of fresh grated coconut, ½ cup condensed milk, ¾ cup milk powder and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Mix all these ingredients completely.

 
Transfer the above mixture to pan. Cook on slow heat until it thickens.

Atlast, add ¼ cup of roasted groundnuts.

Take a plate grease with some ghee and transfer this hot mixture to the plate.
You can garnish with dry fruits and silver leaf.

Cut the barfi in square shape and serve when cool.
