Ingredients:
Grated Fresh Coconut: ¾ cup
Condensed Milk: ½ cup
Milk Powder: ¾ cup
Cardamom Powder: ½ tsp
Roasted Groundnuts: ¼ cup
Silver Leaf: for decoration
Dry Fruits: Garnish

Method:
In a bowl take 3/4 cup of fresh grated coconut, ½ cup condensed milk, ¾ cup milk powder and ½ tsp cardamom powder. Mix all these ingredients completely.
Transfer the above mixture to pan. Cook
on slow heat until it thickens.
Atlast,
add ¼ cup of roasted groundnuts.
Take a plate grease with some ghee and transfer this hot mixture to the plate.

Cut the barfi in square shape and serve when cool.
