Atte ka Sheera

Ingredients:

1. Wheat Flour - 1 cup
2. Ghee - 1 cup
3. Sugar - 1 cup
4. Water - 11/2 cup
5. Dry Fruits- few

Method::

1. Add ghee in a kadai. Then add wheat flour and roast till golden brown.
2. On one side boil water for 10-15 mins. Once the water is boiled add the boiling water to the roasted wheat flour and stir enough that ghee starts squeezing out.
3. At last add sugar and stir again for 10 mins.
4. Garnish with Dry fruits.
