CashewNut and Khoya Pedas



Ingredients:

Cashewnuts: 1 Cup
Sugar: ½ cup
Khoya: ½ cup
Pan Masala: 2 tbsp
Milk: 2-4 tbsp
Silver Leaves: 2
Green Food Color: ½ tsp
Colorful Saunf: few



Method:

1. Grind cashewnuts in mixer to powder form. Then, add powdered sugar, khoya, pan masala and mix well.

2. Add milk and mix well, if required add more milk till you are able to roll in the form of pedas.

3. Add green food color if you love to give it a green texture.

4. Roll the pedas, decorate with silver leaves and sprinkle some colourful saunf.
