Ingredients:
Boiled Rice: 1 cup
Curd: 1 cup
Coriander: few

Salt: as per taste

Method:
1. Mix boiled rice and curd very well.
2. Add salt to the boiled rice and curd mixture.
3. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies.
4. Pour the solution of oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies over the curd rice mixture.
5. Garnish the curd-rice with
pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves.
6. Serve the rice
either with pickle or chillies.
