Curd Rice



Ingredients:

Boiled Rice: 1 cup
Curd: 1 cup
Coriander: few
Pomegranate seeds: few
Mustard: few
Cumin Seeds: few
Green Chillies: 1-2
Curry Leaves: few
Salt: as per taste
Oil: 1 tbsp




Method:

1. Mix boiled rice and curd very well.

2. Add salt to the boiled rice and curd mixture.

3. In a pan add 1 tbsp of oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies.

4. Pour the solution of oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves, green chillies over the curd rice mixture.
5. Garnish the curd-rice with pomegranate seeds, coriander leaves.
6. Serve the rice either with pickle or chillies.
