Ingredients:
Bread Slices: 4-5
Chopped Cabbage: ½ cup
Grated Carrot: ½ cup
Chopped Onions: ½ cup
Capsicum: ½ cup
Salt: as per taste
Cheese: 2 cubes
Chilli Flakes: 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce: 2 tbsp
Butter: as required
Method:
Chopped Cabbage: ½ cup
Grated Carrot: ½ cup
Chopped Onions: ½ cup
Capsicum: ½ cup
Salt: as per taste
Cheese: 2 cubes
Chilli Flakes: 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce: 2 tbsp
Butter: as required
Method:
1. Spread some butter over bread slices. Then, spread a layer of tomato sauce.
2. Add all the chopped vegetables over the bread slices, sprinkle some salt, chilli flakes and add grated cheese.
3. Bake the bread slices either in oven (or) over a pan for around 10-15mins.
4. Make sure all the vegetables over the bread slices are cooked enough before ready to serve.
5. While serving
you can add some tomato ketchup and cheese if you love to have extra cheese.
