Gud Papdi

Golpapdi an easy sweet dish made from wheat flour and jaggery. I love this sweet dish as it is prepared with readily available ingredients at home.


Ingredients:
1. Wheat flour - 1 cup
2. Jaggery - 1/2 cup
3. Ghee - 1/2 cup
4. Milk - 2 tbsp
5. Sesame Seeds (Til) -few

Method:

1. Mix wheatflour and ghee in a nonstick kadhai.

2. Mix well till it turns golden brown.

3. The moment ghee starts squeezing out, add jaggery and milk.

4. Garnish with til and coconut if you like.
